Lindsey possesses expertise in urban real estate markets including the areas of building design and community planning, real estate negotiations and marketing strategies.

Lindsey received a BS in Political Science and a minor in Natural Resource from Utah State University. Her graduate studies work in conservation led her into politics, as Campaign Manager for the current Mayor of Salt Lake City. In this role, she coordinated the largest Mayoral fundraising in Utah and focused on "Downtown Green Incentives", one of the Mayor’s key campaign initiatives. Following the campaign trail, Lindsey trained with the USSA freestyle aerial ski team out of Park City while running the marketing department for a successful IT services company. Since moving to Denver, Lindsey has led marketing and fundraising efforts of several nonprofits and received her Realtors license, focusing on affordable and green developments. Development projects include: 60 RiverClay Condominiums,33 Legacy at City Park, 12 Arvel, and 22 for HiVu29.
Lindsey currently serves as the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Speaker Series and recently graduated from CSU Department of the Construction Management and Built Environment Green Home Certification Program. One of her visions is to work with developers in their quest to build affordable and sustainable communities in Denver through a consultative team process.
